この度、長野県を中心に年14回のトレイルランニングレースを展開する北信濃トレイルフリークス（KTF）さまの救護体制を、AWSMのメディカルスタッフにて統括させていただくことになりました！
4月5日（土）は長野シーズンの幕開けとなる
“平尾富士トレイルランニングレース”
スタートと同時に残雪の残るゲレンデを直登するエキサイティングなレース展開🔥
この時期に残雪の残るゲレンデを走れるのは日本でもこのレースだけでしょう！
総勢600名を超えるランナーがゲレンデを駆け上がる姿は圧巻でした！
今回は弊社ナースが現場統括を行い、ドクターはオンラインにて対応するスタイルによるMC体制を採用しました。
レース中に発生した傷病に対して、オンライン対応を実施し適切な対応に繋げることが出来ました。
AWSMは現場スタッフの対応に自信を持って取り組んでいます。そこにオンラインドクター体制を加えることでより強固な医療体制を実現しています。

AWSM Begins Medical Support for KTF Trail Races – Kicking Off with the Hirao Fuji Trail Running Race! 🏔️👟
We are proud to announce that AWSM will be providing comprehensive medical support for all 14 annual trail running races organized by Kita-Shinano Trail Freaks (KTF), a leading trail race organizer based in Nagano Prefecture.
The 2025 season kicked off on Saturday, April 5, with the exciting
“Hirao Fuji Trail Running Race”—the opening event of the Nagano trail season!
Right from the start, runners faced a thrilling challenge: a steep ascent up a ski slope still covered with lingering spring snow. It’s safe to say—there’s no other race in Japan quite like this, where participants get to run through snow-covered slopes in April! ❄️🔥
With over 600 runners charging up the course, the energy was electric and the views were spectacular.
For this race, AWSM implemented a Medical Control (MC) system, with our experienced on-site nurse overseeing the entire medical operation, while a doctor provided real-time support remotely through an online system.
This setup allowed us to respond promptly and appropriately to any injuries or medical issues that occurred during the race. Our medical staff handled the on-site care confidently, and the addition of online doctor support further strengthened our ability to deliver comprehensive medical coverage.
