2025年10月11日〜13日に開催されたlivedoor URBAN SPORTS 1st Anniv. FES において、AWSMは大会期間中のメディカルサポートを担当しました。
本イベントは、オリンピック競技会場の跡地であるlivedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK にて開催されました。天候の影響により一部競技は中止となりましたが、BMXジュニアオリンピック高校選手権、パルクール、バスケットボールなどの競技が実施され、会場は終始大きな熱気に包まれていました。
また会場内には、ボルダリングやMONSTER JUNGLEといった体験型アクティビティも設置され、競技観戦にとどまらず、子どもから大人まで幅広い世代が楽しめるイベント構成となっていました。
本イベントでは、坂道や段差、障害物を高速で駆け巡る競技が多く、転倒や衝突による外傷リスクが常に想定される環境であり、こうした競技特性を踏まえ、大会期間中は常時待機体制を整え、万が一の事態にも迅速かつ的確に対応できる医療体制を構築しています。
AWSMでは、スポーツ大会における救護対応に加え、イベント・撮影・制作現場など、さまざまな環境に対応したメディカルサポートを提供しています。
スポーツ現場に精通した医療従事者で構成されたチームが、現場の特性やリスクに応じて柔軟な医療対応を行い、安全な運営を支えています。
今後もAWSMは、スポーツ・イベント・エンターテインメントの現場において、安心して挑戦できる環境づくりを医療の側面から支えてまいります。

AWSM Medical Support Report
From October 11 to 13, 2025, AWSM provided comprehensive medical support for the livedoor URBAN SPORTS 1st Anniv. FES.
The event was held at livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK, a former Olympic venue.
Although some competitions were canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, the festival remained vibrant with events such as the BMX Junior Olympic High School Championships, parkour, and basketball competitions, drawing strong energy and enthusiasm from both athletes and spectators.
In addition to competitive events, the venue featured interactive activities including bouldering and MONSTER JUNGLE, creating an inclusive space where visitors of all ages could enjoy urban sports and physical challenges.
Many of the competitions involved high speeds, steep slopes, and complex obstacles, presenting a constant risk of injury.
Taking these factors into account, the AWSM Medical Team maintained a continuous on-site standby system throughout the event, ensuring rapid and appropriate medical response in the event of injuries or emergencies.
AWSM provides not only medical support for sports competitions, but also medical coverage for events, filming, and production sites.
