2025年9月27日および11月1日に開催された BreakingDown17 ・BreakingDown17.5 において、AWSMは大会のメディカルサポートを担当しました。
また、本大会に先立って実施された BreakingDown17オーディション・BreakingDown17.5 ミニオーディション撮影においても、撮影期間を通じた医療体制の構築および現場救護を実施しました。
BreakingDownは、選手同士が高い緊張感の中で激しくぶつかり合う競技特性上、打撲・裂傷・骨折といった外傷に加え、脳震盪や意識障害などのリスクが非常に高い競技です。
そのためAWSMでは、大会・撮影いずれの現場においても、事前に医療スタッフ間で以下の点を重点的に確認しています。
- 想定される傷病と初期対応フロー
- 搬送の判断基準および搬送ルートの確認
- 医療従事者間での役割分担
- 主催者・制作スタッフとの連携体制
AWSMメディカルチームは、大会当日のみならず、オーディション・撮影・リハーサルにおいても対応可能な医療スタッフを揃え、競技者・関係者が安心してパフォーマンスに集中できる環境づくりを支えています。

AWSM provided comprehensive medical support for the BreakingDown events.
In addition to medical coverage on competition day, our team was also responsible for establishing the medical system and providing on-site medical care throughout the filming period for the BreakingDown 17 Auditions and BreakingDown 17.5 Mini Auditions, which were held prior to the main events.
BreakingDown is a high-intensity combat sport in which athletes compete under extreme physical and mental pressure. Due to the nature of the competition, there is a particularly high risk of acute injuries such as contusions, lacerations, and fractures, as well as concussions and disturbances of consciousness.
For this reason, at both competition and filming sites, AWSM places strong emphasis on advance medical planning. Prior to each event, our medical staff carefully reviews and confirms the following:
- Anticipated injuries and initial medical response protocols
- Criteria for emergency transport and confirmation of evacuation routes
- Clear role allocation among medical professionals
- Coordination systems with event organizers and production staff
The AWSM Medical Team is equipped to provide medical support not only on event days, but also during auditions, filming, and rehearsals. By maintaining a consistent and reliable medical presence across all phases, we help create an environment in which athletes and all related personnel can focus on their performance with confidence.
