2025年11月1日〜3日に開催された Jamfest JAPAN vol.23 TOKYO にて、AWSMが大会3日間のメディカルサポートを担当しました🩺
本大会は、全米チア＆ダンス最大規模の JAMfest の日本版。
会場に足を踏み入れた瞬間から、大音量の音楽・カラフルな照明・観客の声援・圧巻のシンクロパフォーマンス が広がり、まさに「熱気の渦」。
アメリカ本戦への出場を目指すチームも多く、選手たちの気迫とエネルギーが会場中に溢れていました✨
・空中回転を含むアクロバット
・複数人でのリフト
・激しく美しいジャンプの連続
高難度の技が次々と披露され、私たちスタッフも思わず見入ってしまうほど。
「魅せる」だけでなく「挑戦する」ダンスのすごさ が凝縮された大会でした🪩
♦︎AWSMの活動について
迫力あるステージの裏側では、常に外傷リスクと隣り合わせ。
AWSMでは以下の役割を担いました。
◎ 救護所運営
現地ではAWSMの看護師が駐在！
弊社医師と連携しながら、搬送の可否についても即座に判断しチームで対応しました。
◎ 外傷対応
アクロバット系の競技特性から、足首・膝の外傷が多数発生。
予防的なテーピングも含め、外傷対応も迅速に行います。
◎ 応急処置（固定・アイシング・包帯）とフォローアップ
その場での再発予防や痛み管理、必要時の搬送調整も担当。
◎ 競技続行可否の評価とチームへの説明
安全第一の判断を重視しながら、コーチ・保護者・選手へ丁寧に状況説明。
選手たち一人ひとりが “このステージに懸けている” ことが伝わってくるからこそ、こちらも全力でサポートいたします💪🔥
3日間を通して、「挑戦する勇気」「圧倒的エネルギー」「観客と一体になる楽しさ」すべてが詰まった Jamfest の魅力を改めて実感しました。
AWSMとして、この最高の舞台を“安心して挑戦できる環境づくり”という形で支えられたことを誇りに思います。
これからも、スポーツ・ダンスイベントを “安全に、楽しく、挑戦できる場” として支えていきます！

From November 1–3, 2025, AWSM provided full medical support for Jamfest JAPAN vol.23 TOKYO 🩺✨
This event is the Japanese edition of JAMfest, the largest cheer & dance competition in the United States.
The moment you step into the venue, you’re hit with booming music, colorful lighting, roaring cheers, and breathtaking synchronized performances—an atmosphere overflowing with pure energy.
Many teams were aiming for a spot at the U.S. finals, filling the entire venue with intensity and passion🔥
With high-level skills such as:
・Aerial tumbling
・Multi-person lifts
・Continuous, powerful jumps
…the performances were so impressive that even our staff couldn’t help but be captivated.
It was a competition that showcased not only the beauty of performance, but the spirit of pushing limits🪩
♦︎ About AWSM’s Role
Behind the electrifying stage, athletes constantly face the risk of injuries.
AWSM supported the event with the following medical operations:
◎ Medical Station Operation
AWSM nurses were stationed onsite throughout the event, making rapid decisions in collaboration with our physicians, including evaluating whether transport was necessary.
◎ Trauma Care
Due to the acrobatic nature of the sport, we saw many ankle and knee injuries.
We provided preventive taping and immediate treatment as needed.
◎ First Aid (immobilization, icing, bandaging) & Follow-Up
We focused on pain management, preventing symptom worsening, and arranging transport when necessary.
◎ Evaluation of Return-to-Play & Communication
Prioritizing athlete safety, we explained each situation clearly to coaches, guardians, and the athletes themselves.
Every athlete steps onto this stage with determination and that’s exactly why we give our fullest support 💪🔥
Throughout the three days, we were reminded of everything that makes Jamfest special:
the courage to take on challenges, overwhelming energy, and the joy of uniting with the audience.
AWSM is proud to have contributed to creating an environment where athletes could perform their best safely and confidently.
We will continue supporting sports and dance events to ensure they are places where people can compete safely, have fun, and keep challenging themselves.
