メディカルサポート統括実績
2025年11月21日から30日まで、茨城県・境町にて開催された「IBARAKI SAKAI URBAN SPORTS FES. 2025」 において、大会全体のメディカル体制の統括に携わらせていただきました。
本大会は、URBAN SPORTS分野における世界大会として開催され、以下の競技が実施されました。
- ローラーフリースタイル（ストリート／パーク）
- スクータリング（ストリート／パーク）
- BMX（フリースタイルパーク／フラットランド）
- ブレイキン
世界選手権統括団体である World Skate、FISE、UCI と連携し、AWSMは医療体制の設計・調整を行い、全日程を通して選手・出場者・大会関係者の安全確保を担いました。
競技中は、高難度トリックや高速動作による外傷、打撲、裂傷に加え、脳震盪が疑われるケースなど、多岐にわたる傷病への対応が必要となり、対応件数も非常に多い大会となりました。
その中でAWSMは、UCIメディカルチームのGuidoさんや、後方支援病院および医療スタッフと密に連携し、現場救護から搬送判断、医療機関への引き継ぎまで、一貫した医療対応を迅速かつ専門的に実施しました。
また本大会では、株式会社TOKYO MORE民間救急 （https://more-minkyu.tokyo/）様のご協力のもと、大会期間中を通して民間救急車を会場内に配置し、選手の安全確保を最優先とした医療・搬送体制を構築しました。競技特性上、外傷や脳震盪など迅速な医療判断および搬送対応が求められる場面も想定されることから、現場救護から医療機関への円滑な搬送までを一貫して行える体制を整備しました。
選手・出場者・スタッフの安全を最優先に、大会全体を通じて統一された医療オペレーションを構築できたことで、安全でありながらも熱気あふれる大会運営に貢献できたと考えております。
本大会の成功AWSMは今後も、国内外のスポーツ現場において、競技特性に即した実践的な医療体制を提供し、スポーツ医療の現場を支え続けてまいります。

AWSM Medical Operations Report
From November 21 to 30, 2025,IBARAKI SAKAI URBAN SPORTS FES. 2025 was held in Sakai Town, Ibaraki, as a world-class urban sports event.
The competition featured a wide range of disciplines, including:
- Roller Freestyle (Street / Park)
- Scootering (Street / Park)
- BMX (Freestyle Park / Flatland)
- Breaking
AWSM was honored to lead and oversee the entire medical operation throughout the event.
Working in close collaboration with World Skate, FISE, and UCI, we were responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing medical services across all competition days.
Due to the high-intensity and high-risk nature of urban sports, the event required medical responses to a large number of cases, including traumatic injuries, contusions, lacerations, and suspected concussions.
Through strong cooperation with the UCI Medical Team (Guido), as well as designated support hospitals and medical staff, AWSM delivered fast, professional, and well-coordinated medical care from on-site treatment to emergency transport and hospital handover.
By prioritizing the safety of athletes, participants, and staff, and maintaining a unified medical command structure throughout the event, AWSM contributed to a competition that was both safe and highly competitive.
AWSM will continue to support sports medical operations in demanding environments, contributing to the growth and safety of sports on the global stage.
