2025年11月2日に開催された「上越妙高エクスプレストレイル」より、有限会社 スポーツアルプハイム（以下、ALP https://sportheim-alp.com/)様主催のトレイルランニングレースにおいてメディカルサポートを担当させていただいております。
続く 11月28日 には、兵庫県・淡路島 にて開催されたトレイルランニングレースにおいても、現地での救護対応および医療体制の構築を行いました。
本大会は、砂浜をスタートし砂浜にゴールするという、自然環境を最大限に活かした非常に特徴的なコース設定となっており、開放感のあるロケーションと高い完成度の大会運営が印象的なレースでした。
当日は天候にも恵まれ、選手・スタッフともに安全かつ快適に競技に臨める環境の中で大会が実施され、AWSMメディカルチームは、コース特性や環境条件を踏まえた待機・巡回体制を整え、大きな傷病や重篤な事故なく大会を終えることができました。
2025年11月に開催された2大会を通じて、ALP様のレースに関わらせていただいたことに、心より感謝申し上げます。
AWSMは今後も、自然環境下で行われるトレイルランニングレースにおいて、現場に即した医療判断と迅速な対応により、安全な大会運営を医療面から支えてまいります。
ALP Nagano Trail Running Races
AWSM has been providing medical support for trail running races organized by ALP Nagano (https://sportheim-alp.com/) since the Joetsu Myoko Express Trail, held on November 2, 2025.
Following this event, on November 28, our team also supported a trail running race held on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, where we provided on-site medical coverage and established the medical response system throughout the race.
This event featured a unique and scenic course, starting on the beach and finishing on the beach, offering athletes a truly special racing experience in a natural coastal environment.
The race day was blessed with excellent weather, and both the atmosphere and surroundings created an ideal setting for competition.
Taking into account the course characteristics and environmental conditions, the AWSM Medical Team maintained an appropriate standby and patrol system, contributing to the safe completion of the event with no major injuries or serious medical incidents.
We sincerely thank ALP Nagano for the opportunity to support two trail running races in November 2025.
