メディカルサポート実績
2025年10月より 北信濃トレイルフリークス（KTF）様主催トレイルランニングレース において、以下3大会のメディカルサポートを担当しました。
- 志賀高原エクストリームトレイル（10月18日–19日）
- 信州松代トレイルランニングレース（11月8日）
- 養老山地トレイルランニングレース（12月6日）
志賀高原エクストリームトレイルでは、弊社医師が救護マーシャル（Medical Marshal）としてコースに帯同し、選手と同じ目線で走りながら、迅速な初期対応と状況判断を行いました。
全レースにおいて、AWSMの救護マーシャルはnewhale様のエマージェンシーテープを携行し、転倒・外傷時の応急処置や緊急対応に備えた体制を整えて対応しました。
養老山地トレイルランニングレースでは、同地域では珍しい積雪の中での開催となり、低温・滑りやすい路面など、通常以上にリスクの高い環境下でのレースとなりました。
そのような厳しい条件下においても、大きな傷病や重篤な事故なく大会を終えることができました。
本大会をもって、KTF様主催の2025年全12レースのメディカルサポートが完了いたしました。
年間を通じて現場に関わらせていただいたことに、心より感謝申し上げます。
AWSMは今後も、トレイルランニングをはじめとする自然環境下でのスポーツにおいて、競技特性・環境条件を踏まえた実践的な医療体制を構築し、安全な大会運営を医療面から支えてまいります。
KTF Trail Running Series 2025
AWSM Medical Support Report
AWSM provided medical support for three KTF trail running races from October 2025:
- Shiga Kogen Extreme Trail (October 18–19)
- Shinshu Matsushiro Trail Running Race (November 8)
- Yoro Mountain Range Trail Running Race (December 6)
At the Shiga Kogen Extreme Trail, Our Staff Dr’s participated as a Medical Marshal, running alongside the athletes to ensure rapid on-site assessment and immediate medical response when necessary.
At all races, AWSM Medical Marshals carried emergency tape provided by newhale_japan, enabling prompt first aid and injury management in remote and challenging course environments.
The Yoro Mountain Range Trail Running Race was held under rare snowy conditions for the area, creating a particularly demanding environment with low temperatures and slippery terrain.
Despite these harsh conditions, the event was completed safely with no major injuries or serious medical incidents.
With the completion of these races, all 12 KTF trail running events for 2025 were successfully concluded.
